BusinessWatch provide a professional guarding and emergency response service. We will arrive at your premises within 20 minutes of your alarm activating.
If your business has an alarm fitted, by law you are required to have two key holders within 20 minutes of your premises. Because for many companies this is difficult, BusinessWatch will take the responsibility of key holding , ensuring a rapid call-out time, securing your property and supporting police attendance.
We link our fire alarm systems to Redcare Fire. Redcare Fire monitors property and premises every second of the day by actively checking that your phone line is working. If a problem is detected, within seconds a signal is sent to the monitoring centre who will deal with the Fire and Rescue Service, whose average response time is 8 minutes.
In addition, our mobile patrols act as backup to our static guards for major incidents. Our mobile patrol service is combined with our key holding and emergency alarm response service for added support and security.

The HomeWatch service monitors your alarm and property on a continuous basis. Our 24-hour control room is connected to your alarm via your telephone line so that if activated, HomeWatch can call on the emergency support you need from the Police, a Key holder or our 24-hour mobile response teams. |
