That’s why we offer a fantastic Apprenticeship programme to support the development and experience of upcoming talent, with many of our apprentices going on to begin full-time careers with the Group.
We are proud that our Apprenticeship programme has been specifically selected as an ‘Apprenticeship Champion’ in the UK. With only 1000 programmes chosen in the country, this is a great achievement, with programmes being selected based on showing positive promotion of apprenticeships to young people and creating opportunities for all, regardless of ability.
Apprenticeships provide an exciting opportunity and career route for individuals aged 16 and above, and of all abilities. They provide invaluable in-work experience as well as industry-specific skills that result in a recognised qualification.
During an apprenticeship scheme, the apprentice will receive the majority of their training within the workplace, whilst being fully supported by a training provider, to ensure that they meet the necessary requirements to achieve their qualification.
There are four levels of apprenticeship scheme available: Intermediate, Advanced, Higher or Degree, all of which can take between 1-4 years to complete.
