Chatham Waters is a dynamic waterfront development located on the mouth of the Medway Waterfront Peninsula in Kent. It’s part of the regeneration of a 26 acre former historic naval dockyard including the creation of a world class residential, commercial, retail and educational destination. The development includes up to 950 new residential dwellings, ranging from 6 to 17 storey across four planned phases. The site also benefits from the creation of a new waterfront boulevard, including bars, restaurants and specialist shops, promoting an al-fresco, cafe society.
BusinessWatch firstly secured the fire management of the development and subsequently the CCTV, Intercom and Intruder Alarm installation for the prestigious site.
The security systems are of the highest standard to reflect the prestigious, luxury development.
The security technology for the site includes CISCO Meraki CCTV Systems, compromising over 70 IP cameras, with Texecom Intruder Alarms and Paxton Net 2 Access Control with video intercom capability.
The project is a collaboration alongside M&E contractors, Walsh Integrated Building Solutions Ltd. and their clients, Russell’s Construction and Peel L&P.
