Matthew Tolkien

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Matthew is Managing Director of the BusinessWatch Group and oversees all Group activity whilst implementing a clear, successful strategy. Utilising his extensive industry knowledge, Matthew’s focus is to develop sector-driven strategies and mentor a highly trained and knowledgeable sales team to deliver profitable sales income for the group.

Starting his career as a Sales Consultant, he is a strong people manager with a passion for developing successful sales teams and driving improvement in sales turnover and profitability. Matthew soon progressed to senior level roles and now has an enviable 17 years’ experience in the fire and security industry.

Craig Wood

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

As Group Technical Director at the BusinessWatch Group, Craig is responsible for the running of the Tech Department, as well as the Technical Surveyors, Software & IT across the Group. He has a wealth of knowledge within the security sector and is an integral member of the Group.

Liam Grainger

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Liam acts as Head of Finance at BusinessWatch Group and has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. Liam brings a strategic mindset and a strong analytical approach to his role and is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Group, ensuring strong performance and strategic alignment. His leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication contribute to the company’s success, combined with his dedication to excellence and his commitment to delivering results make him a valuable asset to the BusinessWatch Group.

Kevin Marshall

UTILITIES DIRECTOR

As Utilities Director, Kevin has a deep understanding of utility systems and infrastructure, with over 18 years of industry experience. Kevin plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and reliable operations and is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and management of utility systems, such as power, water, and telecommunications. Kevin’s technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong project management skills enable him to deliver high-quality utility solutions to clients. His dedication to excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction makes him a valuable asset to BusinessWatch Group.

Danny Heeson

HEAD OF SERVICE

Danny is the Head of Service & Compliance at BusinessWatch Group and ensures our service team continue to offer a world-class service and exceed our customer’s expectations, as well as ensuring the Group’s compliance and health and safety. Danny started as an engineer with the Group over 16 years ago and has progressed through management roles to where he is today. Danny’s strategic thinking and collaborative approach make him a valuable asset to the business.
