This month’s winner is Kimberley Woolley! Kim is one of our highly trained Monitoring Centre Operatives. Dan Tolliver, Monitoring Centre Manager, explains why below:
Kimberley joined the company in 2012 and has been an asset to the Monitoring Team since day one. Her customer service skills are exemplary. She always puts the customer first and foremost in everything she does, and we always get great feedback from clients she has dealt with.
Recent feedback includes:

She has a real understanding of what the department is trying to achieve, the targets we have to meet and why they’re important.
She also has a great deal of integrity, and a real pride in doing her job right, and to the best of her ability.
